In today’s hectic culture, it’s easy to get caught up in our own stories — pouring our energy into daily survival and personal growth.
As followers of Jesus, though, we delight in opportunities to step out of our individual lives to connect with others through meaningful relationships that overflow into tangible love and service to our communities.
Trevecca Community Church was instrumental in the founding of CrossBridge, Inc., a non-profit faith-based organization that provides social services to financially challenged clients. CrossBridge serves the South Nashville community, which struggles with the devastating effects of generational poverty, drugs, prostitution and violent crime.
Crossbridge helps break these destructive cycles with effective, real-world solutions. The Restoration House program provides Christ-centered, 12-step based sober living for men and women in recovery. Besides safe and structured housing, they offer transitional care so clients can restore their lives, and become productive members of society.
Living in generational poverty presents many challenges. Perhaps the most devastating effect is children growing up believing their futures are determined by factors beyond their control. The CrossBridge KidPOWER and YouthPOWER programs empower students to make positive life choices.
Trevecca is proud to continue our support as an outreach partner for CrossBridge, Inc.

Room in the Inn
Our community groups and volunteers support a weekly program providing lodging and meals for the homeless during Fall, Winter, and early Spring.
We serve local correctional facilities by conducting a weekly worship service in the facilities on Sunday evenings.
