Frequently Asked Questions
When Are Worship Gatherings?
We hold two worship services every Sunday morning. Our traditional service starts at 9:00 am in the Sanctuary, followed by our contemporary service at 10:30 am in the Courts. Each service features Biblical teaching, worship, open communion, and opportunities to connect with one another.
What Is The Worship Experience Like?
Our worship gatherings appeal to people of all ages. Take a look through our message archives to get a feel for what a service is like. Each service lasts about an hour.
Where Do I Park?
You can enter from either of our two entrances (Murfreesboro Pike from the north; Polk Avenue/Hackworth Street from the south) onto the campus of Trevecca Nazarene University. Our main parking lot directly in front of the church is primarily for guests, families with children, and senior adults. Additional parking is available in our parking lot adjacent to the Trevecca Health Center.
Information for Families
Where Will My Kids Go?
We offer childcare for birth — 5th grade on Sunday mornings. Preschool (birth — PreK) check-in is located on the main level to the left when you enter the main lobby. Kids (K-5th grade) check-in is located on the upper level. Elevators and stairs are located down the hall in the back of the main lobby. If you are a first-time guest, we have stations dedicated just for you when you enter.
We offer classroom experiences for all ages, and a special worship environment for Pre-K through 5th graders. Learn more about these experiences here. Learn more about these experiences here.
All children (5th grade and younger) check-in with a secure sticker system. The check-in process is quick and easy, and each child is given an ID sticker where only you can pick them up. In addition, all teachers and caregivers undergo a thorough background check before they’re allowed to serve with children. Your kids are safe at Trevecca!!
If we need you during service, we will call the cell phone number provided on file or entered when you check-in your child.
If we can be of assistance to you or your family at any time, don't hesitate to reach out. Our goal is to make every family feel welcomed, safe, and secure. You can email our children's ministry with any questions or concerns you may have at any time.
