Children's Ministry
Serving in children’s ministry allows you to help kids experience the love of Jesus in ways that are fun, engaging, and deeply formative. It’s a chance to plant seeds of faith that will shape a child’s life for years to come. All Sunday and Wednesday opportunities can be bi-weekly or weekly.
Some ways to serve on Sunday Mornings:
- You can hang out with kids before they go to Small Groups from 8:45- 9:30am.
- Serve on the Napier Community team by driving or riding in the van from 9:10-9:35am & 11:45am-12:10pm.
- Lead or assist in small groups, serve at the check-in station, be a sanctuary buddy and sit with kids during worship.
Some ways to serve Wednesday Nights:
Come on Wednesday nights, 6:20-8:00pm, and serve by helping students with activities, or joining the teaching team!
Some ways to serve during the week:
We are always looking for people who want to volunteer by helping to coordinate the van team, shop for supplies, and help with administrative tasks.

Worship Ministry
Serving on the worship team is a meaningful way to use your gifts to help others encounter God through music and prayer. It’s also a chance to grow in faith and community while leading others in an experience with the presence of God.
Opportunities to serve include:
- Leading through vocals, band, orchestra, and choir.
- Serving on the sound, media, or live stream team.
- Reading scripture during service, preparing communion elements, and serving communion.
- Other creative/dramatic arts, graphic design, film, music direction, etc.

Youth Ministry
Youth ministry is a powerful opportunity to walk alongside teens as they explore their identity, faith, and purpose. Your presence can make a lasting impact during some of the most pivotal years of their lives.
Here are the opportunities to serve in Youth Ministry:
Sunday youth workers serve from 8:50-10:15am —this can be every Sunday, twice a month , or once a month.
Sanctuary buddies from 10:10am-12:00pm — this is a weekly commitment where you will be serving by sitting with teens during the worship service.
Wednesday youth workers — Wednesday evening either weekly or every other week.

Hospitality
The hospitality team helps create a warm and welcoming environment where people feel seen, valued, and at home. It’s a ministry of kindness that opens the door—literally and spiritually—for others to encounter God.

Greeters- You can serve as a greeter from 9:15-9:30am and/or 10:00-10:30am.
Welcome Desk- This is an opportunity to connect with visitors and first time guests after service.
Connection Center- This is an opportunity to help people connect with the life of the church after service.

Community
Serving with community partners is a great opportunity to represent the love of Jesus to our neighbors.
KidPOWER- Volunteer with kids from our neighborhood by providing weekly mentoring.
Room In the Inn- Volunteer with the organization at their campus or during Winter Shelter Season (November-March). TCC hosts weekly on Thursdays, guys can volunteer to stay the night as an innkeeper. Others can grab a few friends and provide the meals or partner with a Sunday School class to prepare and serve meals.
House2Home- Providing furniture for those transitioning out of homelessness. They make deliveries on Saturdays and you could help!
Trevecca Urban Farm- The farm is a great place to volunteer when opportunities are available! Plus there’s goats to pet–bonus!
NeighborStand- TCC’s food ministry to the Towers This is weekly at 11 am in Towers I. During the winter, it is hosted every other week.
